But, sometimes we just might need a wee nudge to remind us of this..

We have a range of short retreats that are designed to help you unplug from the stresses of modern life, giving you the opportunity to ground yourself, appreciate the natural beauty that’s around us and forget about the rest of the world for a couple of days.

The retreat can be as adventurous or as chilled out as you want - hillwalking, foraging, forest bathing, learning about the plants and animals that inhabit the wild places, learning about the history of the area.. There’s plenty to do without the use of screens. Leave the laptop at home and put the phone on airplane-mode. Give yourself the chance to immerse yourself in the natural world and reap the benefits that it can give you.

What’s included in the retreat?

Transport
Accommodation (this will be basic - choices to be discussed before booking)
2 days spent in nature (travel to destination the night before and travel home on the evening of the last day)
